This may include: your name, email, phone number and message when you use our contact form; your name, contact details, party size, date and time when you book a table; your name, delivery address, contact details and order details when you order for delivery or collection; and technical data such as IP address, device and browser type and how you use our website, collected through cookies (see our Cookie Policy). We do not store card details ourselves; payments are handled by our payment provider.
3. How we use your information and our legal basis
We use your information to respond to enquiries, manage table bookings, process and deliver orders, provide customer service, keep our website secure, and meet legal obligations. Our legal bases under UK GDPR are: performance of a contract (to fulfil your booking or order); legitimate interests (to answer enquiries and run and secure our business); consent (for non-essential cookies and any marketing); and legal obligation (for example accounting records).
